Dear All,
A postdoctoral scientist position is available in the Lee Lab at the University of Washington. Projects will focus on studies of enveloped viruses and protein-mediated membrane fusion using electron microscopy and complementary biophysical approaches. Experience in negative stain and cryo-electron microscopy, either single particle analysis or tomography, is highly desirable. Available microscopes include an FEI TF20 with K2 Summit direct electron detector and an FEI T12 with a 4K CCD, though experience with the specific instruments is not required.
