[3dem] 64bit MRC conversion

As I understand things, FEI MRC files are very slightly different from
the MRC standard (extended header information, I believe), but I am not
aware that there are programs that read MRC that are unable to read
FEI-MRC. Try any of the conversions that have been suggested and see if
that solves the problem.
