Dear Christian,
I am mostly worried about any risk of cross-contamination of samples. I.e., if I freeze sample A today and sample B tomorrow, will it be a risk that my sample B specimens can be contaminated with sample A if I haven't cleaned the Vitrobot.
Kind regards,
Kimberley

Hi Kimberley,
what kind of contaminations do you have? oil doplets? (cellulose) fibers? etc.
Kind regards,
C. Geiss

Dear all,
Has anybody had problems with contamination between freezing sessions when using a Vitrobot? If so, any advice on how to eliminate the risk? I've heard about decontaminating surfaces using 70% ethanol. Does anybody have any experience with this?
Thanks in advance!
/Kimberley
