[3dem] Difference between ".box" co-ordinate files for EMAN1 and

As I recall, the last column is used in EMAN1 and EMAN2 when boxing out long cylindrical objects
(filaments) as a series of smaller boxes. You can just ignore that number. I can't help you fix XMIPP,
but it sounds like about a 30 second job to fix ...

I realized that the ".box" files from EMAN2 has one column less than EMAN1 ".box" files. Does any body know what is the last column or additional column in EMAN1 for? Is there any way one can convert several EMAN2- ".box" files to EMAN1- ".box" files in batch mode?
