[3dem] Help on particles automatic boxing

I would say it depends very much on what you're picking. If you are picking something like a spherical
virus particle then there are fully automatic tools like Ethan which do a near-perfect job. Other approaches
are semi-automatic. Possibilities include:

boxer in EMAN1
e2boxer in EMAN2
Signature
SwarmPS
