Shipping samples

It is getting more and more complicated to send biological samples
in Styrofoam boxes with dry ice via international shipping companies.
Right now UPS refused to ship such parcel from USA to Europe. Does
anyone knows a shipping company that would still accept to send
biological samples on dry ice (or even blue ice) on trans-Atlantic
flights ?
Thank you for your informations.
Nicolas.
