<p class="MsoNormal">Our lab is interested in mechanisms of the early secretory pathway. We use a combination of in vitro reconstitution with high-resolution cryo-ET and in situ analysis to understand how proteins are transported from the ER to the Golgi in
eukaryotic cells. This project aims at understanding the role of flexible disordered domains of coat proteins in regulating membrane remodelling during vesicular traffic.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us and contribute to our daily fun!</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The lab is part of the Institute of Structural and Molecular Biology (joint between UCL and Birkbeck College), and is currently seconded to the Francis Crick Institute in London, where this project will be carried out.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The Crick offers a vibrant scientific community and access to fantastic platforms for structural biology and much more.</p>
