This workshop will focus on using software to process single particle data with 3D conformational and compositional heterogeneity using RELION, cryoDRGN, and cryoSPARC. We will not cover data collection, preprocessing, model building, or anything other than 3D heterogeneity. Each participant will get access to their own machine to analyze tutorial data on cloud computing servers during the workshop.</div><div><br></div><div>We invite applications from those of you grappling with 3D variability issues in your datasets. At this workshop, we will have pre-determined datasets that will be used in the different software packages. Competitive applications will highlight 3D variability issues they are having and how this workshop will help advance their project. We will have 40 seats available and expect the workshop to be over-subscribed.</div><div><br></div><div>Please reach out to us if you have any questions.</div><div><br></div><div>Application Link: <a href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://umich-lsi.infoready4.com/*freeformCompetitionDetail/1962137__;Iw!!Mih3wA!ExdKdAcNzz2FgyFCxzb3ZXhwbNlKXAocXjhT9zTKQcSuRfoGJ8hgT5afKY-2GiS-2ngW_oxrSpAd06ekEPQIlQ$" target="_blank">https://umich-lsi.infoready4.com/#freeformCompetitionDetail/1962137</a></div><div><br></div><div>Sincerely, </div><div>Mike Cianfrocco </div><div>(On behalf of co-organizers including Melanie Ohi, Shyamal Mosalaganti, Jay Brito Querido, Herman Fung)</div><div><br></div><div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr">_________________________<div>Michael A.
