You will use optical microscopes (cryoSIM and cryoCLEM), with Scios/Aquilos cryoFIB/SEM instrument and Krios microscopes at Diamond and set up novel experiments to push the boundaries of correlative microscopy with cryo-super-resolution. Important studies
will be the investigation of pathogen and host-cell interactions.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
