        from the image formation point of view, </font><font size="2">the
        ratio between numerical apertures of condenser and objective
        lenses defines a </font><font size="2">coherence degree. It </font><font
        size="2"> leads to partial coherence imaging process even for
        totally incoherent sources. If source is partially spatially
        coherent, then both effects add.</font></p>
