Our engineer told me it is crucial that the "pin", that spring mechanism that ensures the cassette is seated correctly and neither too high nor too deep in the capsule, is working freely. So I check/tighten the screws all round evenly, while testing the mechanism to ensure it works fine. Also, there is a height calibration piece that engineers use to set the height properly. When it's wrong, that portion of the capsule will not make proper contact with a sensor in the capsule docking area and your docking will fail.
