learning approach for reconstructing and visualizing biomolecular structures from in situ cryo-ET subtomograms. To demonstrate its effectiveness to capture diverse states in composition and conformation, it was applied to a dataset of 120000 subtomograms of
S. cerevisiae ribosomes, revealing the distribution of functional states during translation elongation in situ.<o:p></o:p></p>
