Available projects utilize structural proteomics approaches combined with cryo-EM and <i>in-situ</i> cryo-ET, and include method development components. Several collaborative projects include structural characterization of mitochondrial membrane proteins. The lab is additionally equipped with data analysis servers and by the end of 2023, dedicated vitrification and cryo-FLM (CLEM) setups will be acquired. Mass spectrometry facility hosts five instruments including Orbitrap Exploris 480 and Orbitrap Fusion Lumos.
