<p class="MsoNormal">Here is the workflow: Download (2-folders) -> Create softlinks (merge into 1-folder) -> Import -> CTF estimation.

<p class="MsoNormal">CTF estimation exits with following error:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><Did not find any of the expected EPS files to generate a PDF file>, <+ will make an empty PDF-file in CtfFind>.<o:p></o:p></p>
