<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Helvetica Neue"">The project aims to study the DNA recognition mechanism of a metal-responsive transcription factor. The successful candidate should have experience in macromolecular X-ray crystallography,
single-particle cryo-EM or NMR spectroscopy, as well as protein production and purification. Experience of complementary techniques in biochemistry and biophysics would be a benefit.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
