<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>The 3D Cell Electron Microscopy Core Facility is a recently established imaging core which specializes in electron tomography of cellular structures. Instruments include two high pressure freezers (a Leica ICE and a Baltec
high-pressure freezer) for preparation of biological samples for transmission electron microscopy and a Talos F200C 200kV scanning transmission electron microscope with electron tomography capabilities.<o:p> </o:p></span></p>

the instruments for users, preparing samples for user, maintaining the equipment and advertising the facility to potential users.
