<p class="MsoNormal">PNCC has many changes that are occurring starting in January 2022.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><br>
Firstly, PNCC is offering a new proposal type called ‘Screening Access’ for users with limited or no cryoEM sample preparation access. For more information, go

The first application deadline for this new proposal type is February 1<sup>st</sup> at 11:59pm (Pacific).<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Secondly, in agreement with the CryoEM National Centers we have revised our General Access application to offer common criteria to users for the research proposals. PNCC has changed this for the February 1<sup>st</sup> submission deadline.

<p class="MsoNormal">Thirdly, we have revised our PNCC Scheduling Policies to correspond with the application changes that we have made. Please review our scheduling policies

Of note, we have rolled out a sample submission form for the new ‘Screening Access’ proposals and have edited our policy for shipping grids back to users. We have also provided more information
for screening services offered. The new policies will be enforced starting March 1<sup>st</sup>, 2022.
