          glycosyltransferases
          involved in heparan sulfate biosynthesis on a molecular level.

          combine in vitro biochemical approaches with single-particle
          cryo-EM
          to study the molecular mechanism of the enzymes and their
          assembly
          into macromolecular complexes. </font></font>

          excellent infrastructure for pursuing challenging structural
          biology
