Microscopy Applications Specialist (Research) . </a></div>
<div class="">The role holder will be an applications expert in electron microscopy (EM) with in-depth knowledge of EM technology and techniques (e.g., High Pressure Freezing, SEM and TEM, Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy) and scientific practices, EM biological
sample preparation methods and procedures (e.g., tomography, serial block face SEM, array tomography and data processing). </div>

<p class="" style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">This role is part of a team of technical experts who enable world leading electron microscopy research. You will need to be able to work autonomously with little supervision whilst also working
with others to enable the smooth running of a busy facility. </p>
<p class="" style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">This post will be offered on an indefinite basis. This is a full-time post, salary range £38,304 – £45,026, including London Weighting Allowance.</p>
<p class="" style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The selection process will include a panel interview and a presentation.</p>
