<p class="MsoNormal">The research group of Marc D. McKee at McGill University in Montreal is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to perform structural biology studies on bones and teeth using a workflow of X-ray (Zeiss Xradia Versa 520), FIB-SEM (FEI Helios Nanolab
660 DualBeam) and APT (Cameca Leap 5000XR with cryo-stage) tomography, and Dragonfly 3D reconstruction software. An emphasis will be given to correlative cryo-workflow in this methodological pathway. This structural biology program uses predominantly normal
and transgenic mutant mouse samples that are models of human mineralization diseases (human biopsy and surgical waste samples are also being similarly analyzed in a correlative manner). <o:p></o:p></p>
