is seeking an outstanding and highly motivated postdoc for a fully funded 5-year position in structural cell biology. The goal of the project is to study the epithelial endomembrane system during cell ageing by correlative light and cryo electron tomography.
This work is part of a multi-disciplinary and cross-institutional research grant involving basic and applied scientists across Singapore. The Ludwig lab is located at the NTU Institute of Structural Biology (NISB), which provides a vibrant research environment
and access to state-of-the-art equipment for correlative cryoEM, including a cryo confocal microscope (CorrSight), a cryoFIB-SEM (Aquilos2), and two high-end TEMs (Titan Krios and Arctica) equipped with direct electron detectors, Volta phase plate, and energy
