<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: rgb(31, 73, 125);">Indeed you can kill and restart the TUI and also restarting the whole computer works too. We were once told its due to Windows memory buffer filling up.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: rgb(31, 73, 125);">Periodic restarts are supposed to prevent it.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: rgb(31, 73, 125);">Very unsatisfying answer!<br>

<p class="MsoNormal">Actually, I think you may simply kill and restart the Tecnai user interface (it’s called PEOUI.EXE in the windows task manager).</p>
