<p class="MsoNormal">A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Cynthia Wolberger (<a href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__http://wolbergerlab.org__;!!Mih3wA!WSCK8sEPo6bkW2pl1SWPv3iDY45EDmrRan-mA2CyAJlfabYhQOLLLhyt3-vOLS31zg$">http://wolbergerlab.org</a> ) in the Department of Biophysics and Biophysical Chemistry at the Johns Hopkins University
School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. We use cryo EM, x-ray crystallography, and a variety of biochemical and biophysical approaches to study the molecular mechanisms underlying transcriptional regulation and ubiquitin signaling. A particular interest
is the role of histone ubiquitination and cross-talk with other histone modifications in regulating transcription and chromatin dynamics. We have excellent facilities for (<a href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://cryoem.jhmi.edu/__;!!Mih3wA!WSCK8sEPo6bkW2pl1SWPv3iDY45EDmrRan-mA2CyAJlfabYhQOLLLhyt3-uXRvFErw$">https://cryoem.jhmi.edu/</a>) and x-ray crystallography,
and are part of a vibrant community of research groups working in the areas of structural biology and chromatin.
