Dear Sara,<br>
Yes "Applicants from all over the world are encouraged to<br>
apply". I understand the disappointment and completely agree, but in the<br>
end, only the officers at the Embassy have the visa issuing authority and<br>
each country has its restrictions. We had put our best efforts from our<br>
side with required papers for visa purpose, but ultimately the Embassy<br>
officers are the decision-makers.<br>
Hope you understand that it was a situation beyond our control.<br>
