<div class="">I would be kind of curious to know what electron dose you find acceptable while creating square images that will be used for hole targeting and high resolution imaging in high-end TEMs for SPA?</div>

<div class="">I am asking as we are trying to find a balance between fast montaging of squares and low exposure of electrons before doing the high res imaging in SerialEM.</div>
