The general objective of the 3D Shape Retrieval Contest is to evaluate the effectiveness of 3D-shape retrieval algorithms.</div><div><br></div><div>Anybody who is interested in critically evaluating methods for the localisation and identification of molecular complexes in volumetric data is invited to participate. The contest uses realistically simulated tomograms because evaluation bases on a ground truth.
