The appointment will be made at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor, depending on qualifications. A Ph.D. or M.D. (or foreign equivalents), along with relevant postdoctoral experience, is required.<o:p></o:p></p><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>Candidates are expected to develop an independent research program utilizing state-of-the-art methods in single-particle cryo-electron microscopy or tomography. The successful candidate will join an interactive group of investigators with expertise in areas including x-ray crystallography, NMR, SAXS, and single-molecule biophysics (<a href="http://biophysics.med.jhmi.edu">http://biophysics.med.jhmi.edu</a>). The position includes access to state-of-the art electron microscopy facilities at Johns Hopkins including a Titan Krios/Gatan K3 system, as well as Talos/Falcon-II and Tecnai T-12/Eagle CCD instruments.
