<span>Did you use the 42U height rack? Our F3 Storage Server (I believe an HP Apollo 4200) has a TDP of <800W. Which isn’t too bad, those enclosures spec a thermal load of 12KW, which could fit quite a lot of the microscope rack-mounted equipment… it might
be nice to throw all the noisy things in a rack like this…</span><br>

generates). The cabinet has fans that can be controlled via a website, so it helps a lot keep the cabinet vented, since we found out the hard way that the K2 stops working if enclosed in one of those FEI cabinets. Oy! And between another manager, a student,
and I, we moved and adjusted the racks to accomodate the K2 equipment as the cabinet is quite spacious compared to the ones that come standard with the Titan or Arctica.
