Associate, or full Professor) in the area of cryo-electron microscopy. A Ph.D. or M.D. (or foreign equivalents), along with relevant postdoctoral experience, is required. Candidates are expected to develop an independent research program using state-of-the-art
methods in single-particle cryo-electron microscopy or tomography.</span><span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>The position includes access to the Center for Structural Biology EM Facility, which houses a Titan Krios/Gatan K3 system, 300 kV FEI Polara/Gatan
K2 system, 200 kV FEI F20/Gatan 4k x 4k CCD and Morgagni instruments. </div>

and medical research communities. It provides exceptional resources for all experimental and computational structural biology approaches. This appointment will be in the <span class="MsoHyperlink">Basic Sciences Division of the Medical School</span>, which
houses four academic <span class="MsoHyperlink">departments</span>, eight interdisciplinary centers <span class="MsoHyperlink">and institutes</span>, twenty-seven service <span class="MsoHyperlink">core facilities</span>, and the <span class="MsoHyperlink">Office
of Biomedical Research, Education, and Training</span>. The selection of department will be based on relevance to the candidate’s research interest (Biochemistry, Cell and Developmental Biology, Molecular Physiology and Biophysics, or Pharmacology).</div>
