<p>Hi Michael,</p>
<p>Ours was leaking in the beginning and we put a bead of silicone
caulk around the base. That held for several years, although now
it needs to be re-done.</p>

Do other facilities have any issues with the loading stations for
the Krios/Arctica? We just experienced our second failure in the
last month. The LN2 is leaking out at a pretty rapid rate from
cracks at the base of the stations. These are not being abused in
any way (as far as I know), and the worst part is the price quote
from Thermo.
