I’ve started the job in the GUI, killed it, then rerun from the CLI with the same output (change the output dir to match). Easiest way I’ve found to do it if you don’t want the GUI to lose track of the job.

I am currently working on a single-particle reconstruction in RELION at unusually low resolutions (worse than 100A).<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br class="">
I noticed, that when running a 3D auto-refine job through the GUI, it will supply a "--low_resol_join_halves 40"-option to relion_refine_mpi, which cannot seem to be overriden. However, due to the low resolution of our data, I'd need that parameter to be significantly
higher (at 40, my reported FSCs remain at 1 up to a sharp cutoff, which is expected as the FSC is from a joined set up to almost the resolution). Does anybody know a workaround, apart from not using the GUI at all?<br class="">
