Yong Xiong in the Department of Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry at Yale University. The Xiong lab primarily studies host immune responses to viral infections and cellular DNA repair pathways using a variety of techniques including X-ray crystallography,
cryo-EM, biochemistry and computational biology. at Yale, which has a long tradition of research excellence and a stimulating environment from world-renowned groups and exciting young investigators. Yale has state-of-art cryo-EM facilities housing Titan Krios (with phase plate, energy filter, K2 and Falcon
III detectors), F20 with K2, Talos L120C and T12 microscopes.
