<p class="MsoNoSpacing">The Wu Laboratory studies glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetes and cancer using many different techniques ranging from basic biochemistry to mouse models. This position will primarily focus on membrane protein expression and purification,
<b><u>single particle cryo-EM</u></b>, and biophysical/biochemical assays to improve our understanding of how cells/organisms regulate glucose and lipid transport.
