<div class="">sxvar.py is meant to compute variance and eigenvolumes (i.e., it will do PCA and return eigenvectors) </div>
<div class="">of a set of volumes emerging from bootstrap approach. However, it can be used to compute variance</div>
<div class="">(and eigenvolumes) of any set of volumes. There is also sxpca.py that will simply compute PCA.</div>

<div class="">However, it you are interested in just the variance, this can be easily done within an interactive session of sx.py.</div>
