the framework of<b class=""> the 6<sup class="">th</sup> International Caesar Conference: Overcoming barriers – Atomic-resolution and beyond: advances in molecular electron microscopy (12-15<sup class="">th</sup> Sept. 2017).</b><span class="msoIns"><ins cite="mailto:Dr.%20Christos%20Gatsogiannis" datetime="2017-06-07T13:58" class=""><o:p class=""></o:p></ins></span></font></p>
<font face="Arial" class=""><span class="">The workshop is <u class="">exclusive to registered participants of the conference</u>, but provided at no additional costs. The target audience includes graduate students, faculty and staff.<br class="">

</span><span class="">This workshop will provide intensive hands-on-training in all practical aspects of single particle cryo-EM image processing using SPHIRE. <br class="">

<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Arial" class="">- 2D classification <o:p class=""></o:p></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Arial" class="">- 3D starting model generation<o:p class=""></o:p></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Arial" class="">- High-resolution 3D refinement<o:p class=""></o:p></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Arial" class="">- 3D focused classification and heterogeneity analysis</font></p>
