<div class="moz-cite-prefix">Hello. I'm using Cu 300 mesh R1.2/1.3
grids and 25mA/45s glow discharge. In order to get good graphene
coverage I modified Thomas' protocol a bit. I'm using a 2 min
incubation with 0.2 mg/mL GO and only one 5 uL water wash on the
graphene side. This protocol gives me a high percentage of squares
with complete coverage and mostly a single graphene layer.<br>

problem. At least not in general. We had a bad batch once but
since then all is fine. In my experience the Quanitifoil Au
grids are a bit better but just when it comes to how nicely it
is covered, not whether it is covered at all. If you have
another batch of grids you could give that a try just to be
sure.</div>

<div class="">I think the problem is the power of the Pelco
Easiglow. I only heard once that someone got it to work with
that machine. I myself tried it for a bit and didn’t get it to
work. I think if you have the option to use a stronger glow
discharger I would try that first. Maybe someone here managed to
get it to work with the easyglow. If so it would be great to
hear with which conditions.</div>
