<div style="font-family: Consolas; font-size: medium;">The group is part of the Program in Emerging Infectious Diseases, at Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore.</div>

<div style="font-family: Consolas; font-size: medium;">Our group does structural studies of the life cycle of viruses, in particular, flaviviruses such as dengue and zika virus, which are a constant and growing threat of global significance.</div>

<div style="font-family: Consolas; font-size: medium;">We have facilities and expertise to conduct virus and protein purifications, immunological and biochemical characterisation of virus complexes etc. </div>

<div style="font-family: Consolas; font-size: medium;">We have generous time access to the state of the art facilities for cryo-electron microscopy at the National University of Singapore. The facility houses a Titan Krios cryoEM microscope with direct electron

 detector (Falcon II) and phase plate, a 200KV Jeol microscope with phase plate, energy filter and direct electron detector. Our lab also conducts experiments such as X-ray crystallography and have extensive collaborations with other faculties member on deuterium

 hydrogen exchange mass spectrometry.</div>

<div style="font-family: Consolas; font-size: medium;">Currently, we are looking for a post-doc with experience in cryo-EM tomography and sub-tomogram averaging to work on many challenging projects.</div>
