biological analysis of the diseased heart. The collaborative project with Dr. Roland Fleck, Director of the Centre for Ultrastructural Imaging (CUI), proposed seeks to obtain 3D images of mitochondria using the state-of-art serial Block Face SEM (SBF-SEM)
and STEM tomography. </span><br>

<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in a relevant field. Background in one or more of the following fields is desirable: electron microscopy, cell biology, fluorescence microscopy, and image analysis. Candidates
with hands-on experience in cryo-electron microscopy/tomography, correlative microscopy and serial blackface scanning electron microscopy are especially encouraged to apply. Details and application information can be found at: </span></font></div>
