The position is funded for 3 years with potential
extension and is available immediately. The
successful candidate will perform electron microscopy sample preparation including vitreous cryo-sectioning and will contribute to the further development of cryo-correlative light
and electron imaging. She/he will also be in charge
of maintaining Drosophila lines and will do routine cell culture tasks.</span></div><div><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph">Previous experiences with light or electron
microscopy (e.g. ultramicrotomy) are desirable, experience with Tokuyasu cryo-sectioning be advantageous. A wide range of training opportunities in advanced
electron-microscopy techniques will be provided.</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph">For
