<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">An established investigator is sought to play a leadership role in developing the highest resolution imaging component of the OHSU Center for Spatial
 Systems Biomedicine (OCSSB; </span><a href="http://www.ohsu.edu/ocssb"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">http://www.ohsu.edu/ocssb</span></a><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">) and the OHSU / FEI
 Living Laboratory, tenure likely residing in the Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology.  OCSSB, part of the Knight Cancer Center, is investing heavily in development of biomolecular imaging, including multiple forms of electron and super-resolution
 microscopy.  The recruit will provide leadership in cryo-EM activities and will lead recruitment of additional faculty and staff and purchase of additional high resolution analysis instrumentation (currently including a Titan Krios™, Falcon II and K2 detectors,
 and a phase plate).  Close collaborations with FEI Inc. and Intel Corp. in Portland are providing opportunities to develop new capabilities in image collection and processing.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
