<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#2B2372">The call for proposals for access to Diamond and eBIC (covering the period 1 April 2016 to 30 September 2016) is now open. The deadline for submission of proposals
is 1700hrs, Thursday 1 October 2015.</span><span style="color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#2B2372">Note however that there is a more rapid mechanism for EM access - we are currently prioritizing such rapid access proposals with the same deadline to cover access
