Wisconsin-Madison</b></div><div><br></div><div>An Associate Scientist position is available to elucidate the architecture of novel bacterial nanostructures, and study nanoscale interactions between cells that these structures may mediate. The scientist holding this position will address these goals by the application of serial section tomography/cryotomography and would ideally have experience in one or both of these areas. The UW-Madison microscopy facilities are well equipped to support these studies, and include a Tecnai TF-30 300KV TEM equipped for high angle tomography. The position is available for two years, with the potential for extension, and salary is commensurate with experience.
