<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">A post-doctoral position is available immediately involving development of software for the refinement of atomic models against electron microscopy reconstructions. Research topics include parameterizations, optimization algorithms, stereochemical restraints, and the testing of methods with model systems, especially the ribosome, in collaboration with Joachim Frank. The position is funded for four years within a National Institutes of Health Grant. Applicants should have a strong record of computer methods development in some area of molecular biophysics.
