Projects are available involving EM structure determinations of motor
proteins, microtubule binding proteins and membrane proteins. The
projects involve some protein purification and biochemistry in addition
to cryo-electron microscopy and image analysis.

<b>Postdoctoral</b> applicants should have wet lab, cryo-EM and image
analysis experience. Support (at NIH level) is available for 1 year
initially, with the possibility of extension for additional years. The
successful applicant will also be encouraged to apply for independent

Entry level as well as more senior candidates with relevant experience
will be considered for the <b>Technical </b>position. The successful
candidate will carry out projects involving EM structure determination
under the supervision of the PI and also will undertake general lab
duties. Basic wet lab (biochemistry) experience essential. EM
experience would be an advantage, Salary according to experience.
