<P>I have a very nice experience in the use of Cryo-NS applied to tomographic
reconstruction of complex symmetry virus. The increase of contrast and the
protection against radiation facilitate the reconstruction process. I’m
confident that cryo-NS could play an important role in cryo-tomography.
