[3dem] Cryo-EM Scientist Position at LBMS, Brookhaven National Laboratory

The Laboratory for BioMolecular Structure (LBMS), the national cryo-EM 
center at Brookhaven National Laboratory, is hiring a *Cryo-EM Scientist*.


LBMS supports sample preparation, screening, and high-resolution data 
collection for single-particle cryo-EM and cryo-ET. The position will 
involve supporting users, operating and maintaining cryo-EM equipment, 
contributing to training and outreach, collaborating on user projects, 
and helping develop new methods.


We are seeking candidates with a PhD in a relevant field, at least two 
years of postdoctoral experience, and hands-on experience in cryo-EM 
instrumentation, sample preparation, single-particle data collection, or 
cryo-ET. Experience with image processing, cryo-FIB, correlative 
microscopy, Linux/UNIX, and a strong publication record are preferred.
