[3dem] Blush regularisation vs. T regularisation

Dear cryo-EM community,
I was wondering about if and how switching on Blush regularisation in
RELION 5.0 affects the regularisation parameter T? Does it supersede or
does it work in synergy with it? I am asking specifically as I am
currently working on a small particle and am excited about using Blush
regularisation to solve its structure.
I generated initial models at varying T values, as at T=4 I see quite a bit
of overfitting happening, to get the best input model possible. However,
since I can use Blush during Class3D, Refine3D, and MultiBody, I was
wondering how important adjusting the T value for these is?
Any help/insighst would be greatly appreciated.
All the best,
Karim
