[3dem] AreTomo3 2.1.0 released

Dear Colleagues,

This new version has improved correction of local motion on tilt images. My
apologies for that I forgot to update the user manuals and will get it done
as soon as I can.

The following is for my colleagues who would like to try this version.

Version 2.1.0 uses "-FmInt" for rendering EER movies instead of
"-FmIntFile". The default setting is 10 for EER movies. If the input is
TIFF movies, please set it to 1 or 2.
