The Instruct Image Processing Center in Spain is delighted to invite you
to the annual "Scipion for Facilities" workshop, scheduled for November
5-7, 2024. This event is designed to share our experiences as facilities
using Scipion, discuss processing workflows, and present new
developments that can benefit our community in daily operations.
This year, we are encouraging in-person attendance to promote greater
interaction and collaboration. The workshop will be divided into two parts:
Course (Practical Session):

Date:November 5 (evening)

Format:In-person only
*
Description:A hands-on session focused on simulating on-the-fly
processing and covering various practical topics. Virtual machines
pre-installed with all required software will be provided for
participants.
Main Workshop:

Dates:November 6-7 (evenings)
*
Format:Hybrid (in-person and remote participation)
*
Description:Presentations from speakers at various facilities,
showcasing the latest developments and best practices for processing
data from SPA and tomography.
The workshop will take place at the Spanish National Centre for
Biotechnologyin Madrid, Spain. In-person attendance is mandatory for the
practical sessionon November 5, and participants must select this option
during registration to ensure the preparation of a virtual machine. For
the main workshopon November 6-7, participants may choose to attend
either in person or remotely.
