[3dem] video resource for FIB-milling & cryo-ET

Dear 3DEM community,

I’m looking for a good educational purpose video showing FIB-milling and cryo-ET process for non-structural biology community. 
Could I get some recommendations please? Like maybe 2-3 min video, good for use as an intro in a talk for non-structural biology community.
I found a few from thermo, but they looked more focused on their marketing (understandably).
